Revitalizing Sound Bath

These magical 2 hour sessions will leave you feeling deeply nourished on many levels.
The first hour brings relaxation through gentle movement, guided breath and sound work. The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation Through sounds of singing bowls, chimes, flute, song, rattles and/or drum While laying down on the mat. We finish with grounding and embodying receiving through nourishing tea and treats before returning to daily life First Friday of the month

Come join Kiki and Tracy for our Meditation Sangha, our meditation community, and experience a deeply relaxing meditation time beyond time.
