The first hour brings relaxation through gentle movement, guided breath and sound work. The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation Through sounds of the Earth Gong, singing bowls, chimes, song, rattles and/or drum While laying down on the mat. Come join Kiki and Tracy for our Meditation Sangha, our meditation community, and experience a deeply relaxing meditation time beyond time.
