Meditation Sangha

Come join Kiki and Tracy for our Meditation Sangha, our meditation community, and experience a deeply relaxing meditation time beyond time.
The first ten minutes we will invite the mind to quiet down and drop our awareness into our bodies through simple Seed (Beej) sound vibrations, so we can feel grounded and experience the expansion and deep connection with all that is through silent meditation time. Gentle guidance will be offered. We end with a short but deeply relaxing sound bath followed by a nourishing cup of tea. Come join us. It's by donation. Chairs are provided. REJUVENATE ~ SOUND BATHS

These magical 2 hour sessions will leave you feeling deeply nourished on many levels. We bring in rejuvenating energies through guided visualization, movements and deep relaxation.
The first hour brings mental and physical relaxation through gentle movement, guided breath and sound work. The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation through guided visualization and soothing sounds of a large Tibetan singing bowl, chimes, song, rattles and/or drum While deeply relaxing on the mat. Bring a blanket and wear comfy clothes. We finish with grounding through nourishing tea and treats before returning to daily life Upcoming 2025 dates:
