Magical Full Moon Gong Sound Bath

​These magical 2 hour sessions will leave you feeling deeply nourished on many levels.

The first hour brings physical relaxation through gentle movement, guided breath and sound work.

The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation
Through sounds of the Earth Gong, singing bowls, chimes, song, rattles and/or drum
While laying down on the mat.

​We finish with grounding and embodying receiving through nourishing tea and treats
​before returning to daily life
