These 2 hour sessions will leave you feeling deeply nourished on many levels.

The first hour brings a mental and bodily relaxation
For the Aurora Pillars Sound baths we will activate the Aurora Pillar ~ lightbody within and without
Through storytelling, gentle movement, breath and sound work.

The second hour you receive deep restorative relaxation
Through sounds of singing bowls, chimes, song, rattles and/or drum
While laying down on the mat.

We finish with grounding and embodying receiving through nourishing tea and treats
before returning to daily life
