SAPPHIRE SOUND BATH OFFERINGS
The Sapphire Door Sound Bath session is two hours.
The first part is received seated, either on a chair or pillow, followed by deep relaxation, laying down on the mat.
Props are available, but recommended to bring an extra cozy blanket and/or your own pillows.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle
