Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is different from any other kind of yoga that I know. It has allowed me to become more flexible, strong and patient. I'm grateful to have found these techniques, as they help me in my daily life, as a mother, wife, friend, teacher and as an artist.

I'm excited to be able to share these tools with you, so you can experience the benefits yourself.

Summer schedule

July 26 - September 2, 6 weeks

Tuesdays: 12-1pm at Queen Charlotte Youth Centre
Saturdays: 9-10am at Queen Charlotte Youth Centre


One class per week, 6 weeks: $50 (please send a cheque to PO Box 484, Queen Charlotte, BC, V0T 1S0)
Drop in fee: $10
Bring a yoga mat and water bottle. Pillow and/or blanket optional.

Expect to dance, jump, move, sweat, laugh, hold long poses, and breathe deeply and repeatedly – no two classes are the same! 
It is great for beginners as it has the flexibility to push past your comfort zone as well as offering the ability to go at your own pace.
